Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age: 18-70 years old; 2. Patients diagnosed with Helicobacter pylori (Hp) positive by 13C or 14C urea breath test and without any Hp eradication treatment; 3. Patients who are willing to undergo upper gastrointestinal endoscopy; 4. No antibiotics or bismuth were taken 4 weeks, and no proton pump inhibitor or H2 receptor antagonist were taken 2 weeks before endoscopy; 5. Informed consent signed.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Gastric mucosal biopsy contraindications (coagulation disorders, taking anticoagulants and antiplatelet drugs in the last 1 week); 2. Complicated with gastrointestinal bleeding, esophagogastric varices, pyloric obstruction, intestinal obstruction and advanced malignant tumor; 3. History of esophageal and gastrointestinal surgery; 4. Complicated with severe cardiac, pulmonary, hepatic and renal insufficiency; 5. Pregnant women.
