Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients over the age of 18 with a definite diagnosis of cholestatic liver disease (ALP >= 1.5 times the upper limit of the normal value, GGT >= 3 times the upper limit of the normal value); 2. Willing to participate in this study and sign the informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. The use of probiotics within 14 days before enrollment; 2. Chronic infection (such as tuberculosis, HIV infection, parasitic infection, etc.); 3. Neurological or mental diseases that hinder the effective implementation of informed consent or may interfere with the subject's compliance with the research procedures (for example, severe depression in the last 2 years, suicidal behavior in the last 3 months); 4. Medical history of other mental illnesses, including schizophrenia and bipolar disorder; 5. Recent treatment for illness Those who take multiple drugs, such as antibiotics, antacids, bismuth, tannic acid, medicinal charcoal, tinctures, etc.; 6. Those who are pregnant and breastfeeding; 7. Those who have not signed the informed consent and or the research process has not been completed.
