Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients diagnosed by pathological examination as colorectal cancer; 2. Elective radical resection of colorectal cancer was planned; 3. Aged from 18 to 80; Good communication and understanding skills; 4. The patients voluntarily consented to participate in the study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria: 1. disturbance of consciousness or history of mental illness; 2. Abnormal communication and cognitive function, and no ability to fill in the scale; 3. Complicated with other tumors; 4. Complicated with heart, liver, kidney and other organ dysfunction; 5. Oral antibiotics within 1 month before surgery; 6. Long-term use of immunosuppressive therapy or microbial agents; 7. Patients with metabolic diseases such as digestive system diseases, rheumatic immune system diseases, diabetes and obesity; 8. History of multiple intestinal adenomas and Family history of colorectal polyps. 9. Elimination criteria: patients with intraoperative unresectable lesions; 10. Death or loss of visitors in the course of investigation; 11. Patients transferred to hospitals due to unforeseen circumstances; 12. Patients who didn't want to cooperate with the study voluntarily dropped out.
