Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria of experimental group 1. 18 years = 2 points; 4. Voluntarily participate in the experiment and sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. The presence of low back pain caused by organic lesions was confirmed by imaging examination; 2. With neurological diseases or lower limb orthopedic diseases; 3. Pain or lumbar dysfunction caused by other systemic diseases; 4. patients with serious and unstable cardiovascular, kidney or liver diseases, and patients with acute attack diseases; 5. Mental illness and cognitive impairment; 6. Patients with excessive pain who cannot complete muscle strength test or refuse to accept isokinetic muscle strength test.
