Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. meet the diagnostic criteria for acute heart failure in the 2018 edition of the Chinese Medical Association Guideline for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Heart Failure; 2. age = 18 years; 3. with clear consciousness; 4. participating in the study voluntarily with informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. with speech and hearing impairments that prevent them from being evaluated; 2. people who are unable to feed themselves through the mouth.
