intervention group:Resilience-based,universal intervention consisted of 14 sessions of 40 minutes each

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Children who were enrolled in grade 4-5; 2. The participants and their parents accepted the intervention plans after they knew the purpose and process of this study, and signed the informed consent. 3. The participants volunteered to join the study, with good compliance and follow-up.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. No interested or unavailable; 2. Diagnozed with severe chronic diseases, including endocrine system diseases, rheumatic immune diseases (juvenile idiopathic arthritis, allergic purpura, systemic lupus erythematosus), urinary system diseases (nephrotic syndrome, purpura nephritis, lupus nephritis); 3. Individuals who were engaged in mental health treatment.
