65 Years to No maximum

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >= 65 years old; 2. Patients undergoing major abdominal surgery under general anesthesia; 3. The estimated operation time is >= 2h, and the postoperative hospitalization time is >= 3 days.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. included in another study at the same time; 2. known history of nervous system diseases; 3. history of mental illness; 4. uncorrected vision or hearing impairment; 5. limited use of the dominant hand (limited ability to draw); 6. inability to speak, read, or understand Chinese; 7. take antipsychotics; 8. plan to enter ICU after operation.
