18 Years to 45 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Plan to undergo IVF-ET or have a history of IVF-ET failure (>= 1 time); 2. Spontaneous abortion (>= 2 times); 3. Infertility; 4. Abnormal uterine bleeding and fertility requirements.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Accompanied by acute and chronic infectious diseases, diabetes, cardiovascular diseases, autoimmune diseases, thyroid diseases and mental diseases; 2. Received contraceptive pills or steroid hormone therapy within six months and systemic antibiotics within three months.
