Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Asphyxiated newborns: (1) Refer to the diagnostic criteria for mild neonatal asphyxia in the expert consensus on diagnosis of neonatal asphyxia (2016 Edition): Apgar score = 37 weeks (full term); (3) Birth weight >= 2500g. 2. Parents: (1) Have basic cognitive and self-care ability; (2) Two parent family; (3) Sign the informed consent and voluntarily participate in the research.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Asphyxiated newborn: (1) Exclusion criteria: those with congenital malformations, genetic metabolic diseases and serious infectious diseases. (2) Exclusion criteria: 1) surgical operation during hospitalization; 2) Serious complications or death occurred during hospitalization. 1. Parents: (1) Exclusion criteria: 1) parents have mental organic diseases in the past; 2) Those with health, social or language problems that may interfere with their communication with the medical team. (2) Rejection and shedding criteria: 1) give up treatment or actively ask for early discharge; 2) Discharge follow-up phone multiple times unable to contact, unable to obtain follow-up related information.
