Esketamine group:Esketamine (0.5mg/kg, preparation concentration 5mg / ml) was administered intravenously during the induction period of general anesthesia

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Preoperative pathological examination of thyroid mass was diagnosed as thyroid cancer; 2. ASA was grade I-III, and there was no serious abnormality of cardiopulmonary function before operation, and no serious complications of other systems; 3. There is no gender limit, and the age is 18-70 years old.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnant and lactating women; 2. Distant metastasis of thyroid cancer; 3. Patients with lymphoma and other malignant tumors and severe immunodeficiency; 4. Patients with diabetes, hypertension and other diseases and poor control; 5. Patients with mental disorders; 6. Patients with mental system disease or long-term psychological stress; 7. Previous history of taking antidepressants and antipsychotics.
