Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with oral and maxillofacial malignant tumors with definite pathological diagnosis; 2. The first radical operation was performed in the Stomatological Hospital affiliated to Guangxi Medical University.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Suspected or known allergy to SMZ or TMP; 2. Megaloblastic anemia; 3. Present or past malignant disease, active hepatitis or liver failure, acute systemic infection; 4. Use immunosuppressant; 5. It is highly likely to receive kidney transplantation or switch to hemodialysis within 6 months according to the assessment of the recruited doctors; 6. The patient participates in any other study and conducts the study and / or receives or has received another study drug or intervention treatment (within the first month before signing the informed consent); 7. Women who had a positive pregnancy test during screening or lactation or who planned to become pregnant within 24 months, or who were unwilling to use contraceptive methods throughout the study period; 8. The individual or legal guardian / representative is unable or unwilling to provide written informed consent; 9. Current dependence on drug or alcohol use.
