18 Years to 85 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the diagnostic criteria of SIH in the International Classification of Headache, Third Edition (ICHD-3); 2. Aged > 18 years; 3. Conservative treatment is ineffective; 4. Conform to the indications for surgical treatment; 5. Good communication and understanding skills.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe dehydration, shock, infection, renal failure and other systemic diseases, metabolic diseases (such as hyperparathyroidism, hypoadrenal cortex function); 2. Iatrogenic leakage; 3. Received minimally invasive interventional therapy for SIH; 4. Associated with other chronic headache diseases; 5. Pregnant women, infants and other patients who cannot be exposed to radiation; 6. The consciousness is not clear, the posture does not cooperate; 7. Spinal deformity.
