Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged >= 18 years; 2. Routine mechanical ventilation with orotracheal intubation or tracheostomy.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Accompanied by other neurological diseases and chronic history of other systems, such as cardiovascular diseases, diabetes, obesity, fatty liver, intestinal diseases, etc; 2. Have a history of taking anti anxiety and depression drugs, antibiotics, probiotics or prebiotics in the past 3 months, and have a history of taking anti anxiety drugs; 3. Those who cannot cooperate, such as those who have vision, hearing, intellectual disability and aphasia, are not enough to perform the scale;
