Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Women aged 20-45 years in the third trimester, gestational age 35-39 weeks; 2. Sign the informed consent; 3. Intrauterine live fetus with normal fetal heart rate and no fetal malformation.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Accompanied by cardiovascular diseases, diabetes, infectious diseases, blood system diseases, immune system diseases and other complications; 2. Intrahepatic cholestasis of pregnancy, acute fatty liver of pregnancy, premature rupture of membranes, placenta previa, placental abruption, abnormal amniotic fluid volume, abnormal umbilical cord, uterine rupture and other complications; 3. Accompanied by gynecological tumors and cancers, including uterine fibroids, cervical fibroids, cervical cancer, ovarian cancer, endometrial cancer, etc.; 4. A history of taking hormone, immunosuppressive agents and antibiotics within the past month, and a history of local vaginal medication within one week; 5. Have had a gynecological examination, vaginal ultrasound, vaginal irrigation in the past 3 days, and have sex in the past 3 days; 6. With cognitive dysfunction, unable to understand the content of the questionnaire, and uncooperative with the biological specimen collectors and interviewees.
