Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Pregnant women who received regular obstetric examinations and delivered in Fujian Maternal and Child Health Hospital; 2. Twin pregnancy; 3. Signed informed consent; 4. Length of cervical canal < 2.5 cm detected by ultrasound in the second trimester; 5. The follow-up compliance was good.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Latrogenic preterm birth factors; 2. Singleton pregnancy; 3. Systemic and reproductive tract infections; 4. Fetal chromosomal abnormalities or congenital malformations; 5. Fetal growth restriction; 6. Genital malformations; 7. Abnormal position of the placenta; 8. Pregnancy complications: gestational hypertension, ICP, stillbirth, etc.; 9. Pregnancy complications: obesity, diabetes, hypertension, autoimmune disease, thrombophilia, digestive system disease, malignant tumor, etc.; history of digestive tract surgery; 10. Poor follow-up compliance.
