65 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients undergoing painless laryngeal mask placement under general anesthesia for outpatient ciliofibroscopy; 2. ASA class I-III; 3. Aged 65-80 years; 4. Patients give informed consent and sign the paperwork.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. BMI > 30 kg/m2; 2. Acute onset of bronchial asthma, hemoptysis, myasthenia gravis, severe narrowing of the main airway; 3. Schizophrenia, severe depressive states or long-term benzodiazepine users; 4. Patients with allergy or contraindication to soy products, propofol, benzodiazepines, flumazenil, opioids, naloxone; 5. Patients with a history of drug or alcohol abuse within the past two years; 6. Patients who are unable to communicate with each other.
