60 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 60-75 years; 2. Meet the diagnostic criteria for primary insomnia in the International Classification of Sleep Disorders, 3rd edition; 3. Pre-treatment Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Scale score > 6; 4. Overall cognitive function score 18 < MoCA <26; 5. No combined psychiatric disorders such as depression and anxiety and neurological disorders such as stroke, dementia, Parkinson's disease, chronic pain; 6. Not engaged in regular exercise (at least 20 minutes of regular exercise at least 3 times a week) in the last 3 months; 7. Right-handed; 8. Able to understand and cooperate, voluntarily participate and sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. The Geriatric Depression Scale-15 (GDS-15) score >= 9; 2. Taking any antipsychotic medication within the past 1 month; 3. Uncontrolled hypertension (systolic blood pressure > 160 mmHg or diastolic blood pressure 11%); 5. Those who are unable to cooperate with the completion of tai chi training or rTMS program, such as those with motor dysfunction caused by neurological diseases), musculoskeletal system diseases, serious organ diseases and other contraindications to exercise; 6. Patients who are not suitable for MRI scanning, such as those with metal-like substances implanted in the body (e.g., metal dentures, pacemakers, etc.) and spatial claustrophobia; 7. Those who are unable to complete the index assessment, such as those with severe aphasia, visual and hearing impairment; 8. Patients who are participating in other research trials that affect the results of this study.
