16 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Case group: (1) Aged 16-70 years; (2) No other diseases in the recent period; (3) Patients diagnosed with atopic dermatitis; (4) Those who are willing to participate in the project and able to perform as required; (5) The informed consent has been signed and can be completed as required. 2. Control group: (1) Healthy population; (2) There was no history of atopic dermatitis; (3) A family history of atopic dermatitis; (4) No recent illness.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with atopic dermatitis and other diseases; 2. Patients with clear indications of acute infection; 3. Patients with poor compliance who are unable to cooperate or adhere to treatment; 4. Pregnant and lactating women; 5. The patient is also participating in other clinical trials.
