16 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Case group: (1) Aged 16-70 years; (2) No other diseases in the near future; (3) The disease is diagnosed as psoriasis vulgaris; (4) Voluntarily participate in this project and can be carried out as required; (5) Patients who have signed informed consent and can be completed as required. 2. Control group: (1) Fracture patients; (2) No history of psoriasis vulgaris; (3) No family genetic history of psoriasis vulgaris; (4) No other disease in the near future.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who have received biological agents; 2. Patients with psoriasis vulgaris and other diseases; 3. Patients with clear indications of acute infection; 4. Patients who are unable to cooperate or adhere to treatment and predict poor compliance; 5. Pregnant women and lactating women; 6. The patient is participating in other clinical trials at the same time.
