Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 35-55 years, male or female; 2. Refer to WHO, 1999 diabetes diagnostic criteria, diagnosed with type 2 diabetes for at least 1 year; 3. Ewing test combined with HRV to evaluate CAN criteria (according to the Toronto Consensus on diabetic neuropathy): One abnormal result was found in the seven indicators of HSMD, 30/15 ratio, Valsalva action index, postural blood pressure change and frequency domain value of HRV (HF, VLF, LF), which could be diagnosed as early autonomic neuropathy of diabetic heart. The presence of 2 or more abnormal results can be diagnosed as diabetic cardiac autonomic neuropathy; 4. HbA1c 6-8%, 18 kg/m2 <= BMI <= 28 kg/m2; 5. The routine basic treatment of hypoglycemia, hypertension and lipid regulation was stable for more than 3 months; 6. Voluntarily signed informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Have obvious central nervous system disease; Drugs, alcoholism, severe liver and kidney diseases caused by peripheral nerve damage; 2. Drugs affecting plant nerve activity and heart rate were taken in recent 1 week; 3. Cognitive dysfunction can not cooperate with questionnaire survey; 4. Complicated with serious dysfunction of heart, liver, kidney and other organs; Severe respiratory failure; Severe hyperlipidemia; 5. Endocrine disorders such as hyperthyroidism, hypothyroidism, hyperkalemia or hypokalemia; 6. Organic heart diseases, such as coronary heart disease, hypertrophic cardiomyopathy, rheumatic heart disease, myocarditis, etc.; 7. Systolic blood pressure >= 150 mmHg and diastolic blood pressure >= 95mmHg in patients with uncontrolled hypertension who have received a steady dose of antihypertensive drugs (at least 4 weeks); 8. Having any type of malignant tumour (whether cured or not); 9. History of substance abuse.
