60 Years to 85 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. All patients or family members signed informed consent; 2. Patients with bladder tumors; 3. Undergoing analgesia with dezocine; 4. ASA grade I-III; 5. Aged 60-85 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Preoperative cognitive impairment; 2. History of severe hypertension or heart disease; 3. Liver and kidney dysfunction; 4. Blood system diseases and abnormal bleeding and coagulation; 5. BMI > 30 kg/m2; 6. Recent use of antidepressants, sedatives or analgesics; 7. Recent history of radiotherapy and chemotherapy; 8. Distant organ metastasis; 9. Failure to complete data collection.
