Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged >= 18 years; 2. Paroxysmal or persistent AF combined with T2DM or HFrEF (NYHA II-IV); 3. Underwent catheter ablation and maintained sinus rhythm; 4. Obtain informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Allergic to dapagliflozin; 2. Diagnosed with acute myocardial infarction, acute stroke and other vascular diseases requiring intervention in the past 6 months; 3. Received cardiac surgery in the last 3 months; 4. Hyperthyroidism; 5. Valvular atrial fibrillation; 6. Renal dysfunction with eGFR < 45mL/min; 7. History of diabetes ketoacidosis; 8. Previous usage of SGLT2; 9. Heart failure waiting for heart transplantation; 10. Acute gastrointestinal bleeding or decompensated heart failure in recent 4 weeks; 11. The estimated survival time is < 12 months; 12. Participating in other clinical research projects; 13. Pregnant and lactating women.
