40 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 40-80 years; 2. Patients with pathologically confirmed prostate cancer requiring radical prostatectomy; 3. Patients eligible for intermediate to high risk prostate cancer (PSA >= 10ng/mL, or >= T2b stage, or Gleason score >= 7); 4. Patients who understand and voluntarily sign the written informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with prostate cancer with distant metastasis; 2. Patients with severe cardiopulmonary abnormalities or other underlying diseases that prevent surgical treatment; 3. Patients with prostate cancer who have been treated with medication or radiotherapy; 4. Patients with previous transurethral resection of the prostate or pelvic surgery; 5. Patients with severe anxiety, depression, mania or other psychiatric conditions that prevent them from cooperating with treatment and follow-up.
