Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged >= 65 years; 2. Meet the diagnostic criteria for coronary heart disease, and have a medical history of more than 3 years; 3. Voluntarily participate in this study and sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Alzheimer's disease or other types of dementia; 2. Neurological and psychiatric diseases; 3. Patients with severe heart disease, neurological disease, tumor, and perioperative hemodynamic instability other than coronary artery disease; 4. Patients with severe liver and kidney insufficiency; 5. Those who were diagnosed with cognitive impairment or dementia before the first diagnosis of coronary heart disease; 6. Those who participated in other clinical trials.
