18 Years to 30 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. College Students aged 18-75 years; 2. Center for epidemiologic studies depression scale of 16 score or higher; 3. Hamilton Depression Scale score of 17 versions is 7-17; 4. Failed to meet the diagnostic criteria of major depressive disorder (MDD) in the 10th edition of the international classification of diseases and was not previously diagnosed with MDD; 5. Participate in all training of the experiment on time and cooperate with all tests of the experiment; 6. Patients who agree to follow the trial protocol and sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Have suicidal thoughts; 2. Had not been diagnosed any other psychiatric disorders; 3. Severe physical diseases or organic disease; 4. Pregnancy or lactation, menstrual women will be evaluated again in the non-menstrual period.
