Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Included in class III and below according to ASA classification criteria; 2. Patients who have been clearly diagnosed as requiring elective radical resection of digestive tract tumors; 3. No cognitive and behavioral impairment; 4. Informed consent was obtained and the informed consent form was signed.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Coagulation dysfunction; 2. With severe bradycardia; 3. There are serious organic diseases such as liver and kidney dysfunction; 4. Have taken sedative and / or analgesic drugs in recent half a year; 5. Overweight or obese (body mass index >= 28.0 kg/m2); 6. There was a history of allergy to the drugs used in this study; 7. With mental illness.
