Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged <= 3 years; 2. ASA Grade I-II; 3. Patients undergoing thoracoscopic pneumonectomy under general anesthesia; 4. No obvious cardiovascular, brain, lung, liver or kidney diseases; 5. No special medical history of glaucoma, epilepsy, asthma, etc.; 6. Preoperative low protein (albumin < 35g/L), moderate anemia (hemoglobin < 110g/L); 7. There was no respiratory tract infection and no hypoxemia in the last 1 month; 8. Except for the primary lung cyst, there was no abnormal development of the anatomical structure of other lungs and important organs; 9. The surgeries were performed by the same group of doctors in our hospital, and all performed by the same chief physician in our hospital; 10. The expected operation time is within 3 hours; 11. Sign informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Premature infants < 35 weeks; 2. Very low birth weight < 1.5kg; 3. Recent upper respiratory tract infection, or preoperative hypoxemia, respiratory failure, difficult to maintain during surgery, change of ventilation mode; 4. Participated in another clinical study within the past 30 days.
