Dulaglutide group:Give dulaglutide injection 1.5mg subcutaneously once a week
Metformin group:Metformin 0.5g / time, 3 times / day, oral in three meals

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Female, aged 18-45 years, with a clear diagnosis of polycystic ovary syndrome. The diagnostic criteria for PCOS refer to the Rotterdam diagnostic criteria formulated by the American Society of reproductive medicine and the European Society of human reproduction and Embryology in 2003; 2. None of them received any drug or surgical treatment within 3 months; 3. Oral contraceptives were suspended for at least 3 months before evaluation, and metformin was stopped for at least 1 month, and no medication known to affect hormones or metabolic parameters was received.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Mental illness for which an individual cannot provide informed consent; 2. Severe hepatic and renal insufficiency and / or heart failure requiring hospitalization; 3. Suspected pregnancy or planned pregnancy in the near future; 4. Injection of hormonal contraceptives and use of oral contraceptives and other steroid hormones within 6 months; 5. Allergic reaction, contraindication or intolerance to the study drug; 6. There are untreated thyroid diseases.
