Age
18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients aged 18-64 years; 2. ASA grade I-II; 3. BMI 18-25 kg/m2; 4. No infection at the puncture site; 5. No history of chronic pain; 6. No pain medication taken at 24h prior to surgery; 7. No history of mental or psychological diseases; 8. No history of adverse reactions to esketamine treatment; 9. No history of allergy to local anesthetic drugs; 10. No history of lung disease; 11. No obvious abnormality in preoperative chest CT; 12. No language and communication disorders.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Hypertension grade III; 2. Acute coronary syndrome; 3. Pulmonary hypertension; 4. Hyperthyroidism; 5. Intracranial hypertension; 6. Glaucoma; 7. A monoamine oxidase inhibitor used.
