18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged >= 18 years; 2. Treatment of active bleeding or secondary prevention of previous bleeding attributed to gastric fundal varices; 3. Primary prevention of high-risk gastric fundal varices (varix size > 10 mm or red spot); 4. Patients preference for endoscopic ultrasound-guided therapy.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Inability to give informed consent for the procedure; 2. Liver function is poor (Child-Pugh C grade); Severe cardiopulmonary dysfunction; Combined with hepatorenal syndrome or multiple organ dysfunction syndrome; 3. Platelet count = 2; 4. Pregnacy or lactation; 5. Patients with esophageal stenosis or previous esophageal or gastric surgery who are not suitable for endoscopic treatment; 6. Combined with splenic or portal vein thrombosis.
