Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 10-18 years; 2. The patient meets the operation indication of TMJ anchoring operation, at least one side of which is anterior displacement of reversible disc or anterior displacement of unrecoverable disc. MRI shows that the length and shape of articular disc meets the operation indication of anchoring; 3. No acute infectious diseases, psychosis or systemic disease; 4. During the follow-up period, the patients will not receive orthodontics, occlusal plate, surgery and other treatments except steroidal anti-inflammatory analgesics; 5. Voluntary acceptance and signing of informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients allergic to titanium implants; 2. Patients with acute or severe infection or chronic infection in acute attack stage; 3. Patients with radiation osteomyelitis, acute and chronic osteomyelitis and osteoporosis; 4. Patients with uncontrolled primary diseases of heart, lung, brain, kidney and other important organs; 5. Patients who cannot cooperate with treatment; 6. After detailed medical history inquiry, the patient had a history of congenital developmental malformation, TMJ infection, maxillofacial trauma, juvenile rheumatoid arthritis and other autoimmune diseases, as well as other diseases that may affect the growth and development of the jaw bone.
