Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged > 14 years; 2. Meet the diagnostic criteria for hematologic malignancies: acute myeloid leukemia, acute lymphocyte leukemia, myelodysplastic syndrome leukemia, etc.; 3. Agranulocytosis (neu = 7 days during chemotherapy or autologous Hematopoietic stem cell transplantation. 4. Fever occurred during agranulocytosis (two consecutive body temperature > 38 °C or single body temperature > 38.5 °C) ; 5. Patients or their legal guardians volunteered to participate in the clinical study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Life expectancy 2; 3. Allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation, infectious disease, and uncontrolled infection; 4. Severe organ dysfunction, such as severe vital organ dysfunction of the heart, liver, or kidney; 5. The sample required for the study could not be obtained.
