18 Years to 90 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Histopathologically or cytologically confirmed malignant tumors; 2. No hematologic system diseases; 3. Aged >= 18 years; 4. ECOG PS score less than or equal to 2; 5. Before Chemotherapy, white blood cell (WBC) >= 4.0 x 10^9/L, absolute neutrophil count (ANC) >= 2.0 x 10^9/L, hemoglobin (Hb) >= 9.0 g/dL, platelets (PLT) >= 80 x 10^9/L; 6. Normal coagulation function; 7. Normal heart, liver and kidney function.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Repeated myelosuppression in previous chemotherapy; 2. Uncontrollable infection; 3. Previous hematopoietic stem cell transplantation or organ transplantation; 4. Previous radiotherapy treatment; 5. Presence of bone marrow invasion; 6. Combined with other serious complications.
