Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients undergoing elective thoracoscopic lobectomy; 2. Aged 18-75 years; 3. ASA grade I-III.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. FEV1/FVC < 70%; 2. History of asthma and COPD, acute lung infection; 3. History of pulmonary surgery; 4. Failure of stellate ganglion block; 5. History of preoperative chemoradiotherapy; 6. Intraoperative SpO2 less than 90% lasting 15 minutes; 7. Intraoperative blood transfusion; 8. Intraoperative one-lung ventilation less than 1 hour; 9. Serious complications such as massive bleeding and anaphylactic shock occurred during operation; 10. Who switched to open-heart surgery.
