Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Subjects aged 40-80 years; 2. The cognitive function of the patients was normal as assessed by the Mini-Mental State Examination (MMSE) scale; 3. Have basic language communication skills; 4. The subjects signed the informed consent form for this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Accompanied by obvious language cognitive impairment, emotional or mental disorder; 2. Severe heart, liver, kidney disease or infectious disease; 3. Unwilling to participate in the research or unable to complete the whole trial.
