Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 20-34 years; 2. Elective cesarean section; 3. 37-40 weeks of pregnancy, singleton pregnancy, cesarean section for the first time; 4. At birth, the neonatal score was > 9 points, and the weight was between 2500-4000 g; 5. The anesthesia method is epidural analgesia; 6. Those who are willing to breastfeed and give informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Combined with serious diseases of various organ systems and mental diseases; 2. Severe postpartum hemorrhage; 3. Patients with congenital dysplasia of breast, sunken nipple, family hereditary hypogalactia, damaged breast skin, history of breast surgery and breast disease; 4. HIV positive, syphilis positive, active tuberculosis and other infectious diseases; 5. Those with contraindications to breastfeeding; 6. Separation of mother and child; 7. Drugs that affect lactation have been used during pregnancy or puerperium; 8. Those with external ear ulcers, eczema, frostbite, etc. should not be pressed.
