Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients clinically diagnosed with rectal malignant tumor who are hospitalized in Shaanxi Provincial People's Hospital and receive surgical treatment; 2. Dixon operation was performed, and the perianal skin of the patient was intact without effusion, anal fistula or perianal abscess.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Diabetes mellitus; 2. Patients enrolled in other clinical studies or unable to obtain informed consent.
