Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Stroke diagnosis criteria revised by the 4th National Conference on Cerebrovascular Diseases of the Chinese Medical Association in 1995 were met and confirmed by head CT and MRI; 2. Patients with single or unilateral stroke; 3. Vital signs are stable; 4. No serious cognitive impairment, no cerebrovascular malformation, no cerebrovascular stent, no epilepsy, no external factors caused by cerebral infarction limb dysfunction; 5. The patient or his family members agreed to accept the study protocol.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients receiving antispasmodic treatment before hospitalization; 2. Complicated with severe diseases of liver, kidney, hematopoietic system, endocrine system and osteoarthropathy; 3. Patients with mental disorders or severe dementia who cannot cooperate with training and whose condition is unstable; 4. Complicated peripheral vascular diseases (such as deep vein thrombosis patients, vasculitis, Raynaud's disease, etc.).
