Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Heart failure with depressive symptoms group: (1) Aged >=18 years, no gender limit; (2) The patient had certain language expression and understanding ability, understood and voluntarily filled in the informed consent form, and cooperated with the completion of blood test and questionnaire filling; (3) Patients with chronic heart failure who met the diagnostic criteria of ''Chinese Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Heart Failure 2018'' and whose PHQ-9 scale score was >=10. 2. Heart failure without depressive symptoms: (1) Aged >=18 years, no gender limit; (2) The patient had certain language expression and understanding ability, understood and voluntarily filled in the informed consent form, and cooperated with the completion of blood test and questionnaire filling; (3) Patients with chronic heart failure who met the diagnostic criteria of ''China Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Heart Failure 2018'' and whose PHQ-9 scale score was less than 10 points.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with severe respiratory, digestive, endocrine, blood system diseases and severe liver and kidney function impairment; 2. Patients with cardiac electronic devices; 3. Pregnant and lactating patients; 4. Patients with tumors and other mental disorders; 5. Unable to cooperate for other reasons or poor compliance; 6. History of drug abuse.
