Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Gestational diabetes mellitus was diagnosed in pregnant women at 24 to 28 weeks of gestation (according to the Guidelines for Diagnosis and Treatment of Gestational Diabetes Mellitus). The diagnostic criteria for 75g-OGTT were as follows: The threshold blood glucose value of fasting, 1h and 2h after taking sugar should be 5.1, 10.0 and 8.5 mmol/L respectively. If any blood glucose value reaches or exceeds the standard, it is diagnosed as GDM; 2. At the study hospital, the number of antenatal examinations >=5 and delivery.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Type 1 diabetes mellitus and type 2 diabetes mellitus diagnosed before pregnancy; 2. Neonatal hemolytic jaundice and other genetic factors caused by pathological jaundice; 3. Non-live pregnancy outcomes such as congenital malformations, stillbirths and neonatal deaths; 4. Serious underlying diseases existed before pregnancy; 5. Pregnant patients suffer from infectious diseases.
