18 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Healthy people aged 18-60 years; 2. Regular night shift scheduling, no changes; 3. Not taking prebiotic or probiotic supplements.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Use of antibiotics and/or immunomodulators in the last 3 months or during the study period; 2. Drug changes before or during the study; 3. Inflammatory bowel disease or major bowel surgery; 4. Major gastrointestinal surgery; 5. History of influenza during the study period, such as upper respiratory tract infection, infectious diarrhea, or similar symptoms.
