Deep neuromuscular block (DNMB) group:Maintenance of deep neuromuscular blockade during operation (increase the dosage of muscle relaxants)
Moderate neuromuscular block (MNMB) group:Maintenance of moderate neuromuscular blockade (conventional muscle relaxant dosage)

18 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Obese female patients with body mass index (BMI) >30 kg/m^2 undergoing elective laparoscopic sleeve gastrectomy; 2. Aged between 18 and 60 years; 3. ASA grade 1-3, no serious complications of heart, lung, liver, kidney and other important organs.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with a history of abdominal surgery >2 times and with severe adhesion judged by the surgeon; Or have a history of abdominal hernia or neuromuscular disease; 2. Patients who refused to be enrolled or refused to provide relevant information after surgery.
