Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients aged over 18 years who had an out-of-hospital cardiac arrest with witnesses, and patients who had an in-hospital cardiac arrest in the emergency room or ward.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Out-of-hospital cardiac arrest lasting more than 60 minutes (from discovery by witnesses outside the hospital to arrival at the emergency department); 2. Intubation or tracheotomy and mechanical ventilation were performed before cardiac arrest; 3. ECMO or ventricular assist device implanted before cardiac arrest; 4. Pacemakers with defibrillation function have been installed before cardiac arrest, including ICDs, CRT-Ds and WCDS; 5. Severe blunt and penetrating trauma, burns, drowning, electrocution; 6. Heart rupture; 7. Stanford Type A aortic dissection; 8. Active massive bleeding; 9. Acute cerebral hemorrhage, acute large cerebral infarction; 10. Advanced tumors; 11. Pregnant patients.
