Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. The clinical diagnosis was cerebral ischemia or cerebral hemorrhage; 2. Aged >=18 years; 3. Vital signs are stable; 4. Course of disease <=6 months after the stroke; 5. Longshi assessment scale of activities of daily life (LSADL) score: bed person; 6. The patient was in a tracheotomy state and was wearing a tracheotrocar; 7. Patients or family members sign informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Unstable vital signs (systolic blood pressure fluctuated >=20mmHg from baseline, diastolic blood pressure fluctuated >=10 mmHg from baseline, respiratory rate >=35 beats/min or increased by >=50%, heart rate >=145 beats/min or increased continuously by >=20% from pre-test level); 2. Acute stage of deep vein thrombosis; 3. Postural hypotension; 4. Can sit alone beside the bed without support; 5. Cough reflex disappeared; 6. Complicated with severe cardiopulmonary insufficiency and severe arrhythmia; 7. Thoracic malformations or a history of chest trauma can affect diaphragmatic activity.
