Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients diagnosed with endometrial cancer with lesions confined to the uterus; 2. The pathology of curettage was endometrioid carcinoma; 3. Women aged 18-80 years; 4. Able to cooperate with and complete follow-up and relevant examinations; 5. Voluntarily participate in this experiment and sign informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. There is a serious uncontrolled disease or acute infection; 2. Patients with cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, blood system diseases, immune system diseases and diabetes that cannot be controlled and cannot meet surgical standards; 3. Scrape pathology suggested high-grade (G3), serous carcinoma, clear cell carcinoma, carcinosarcoma; 4. Preoperative MRI indicated deep muscle infiltration; 5. Imaging showed positive pelvic lymph nodes (MRI or CT showed short diameter >=1.5cm, or SUV>=2.5); 6. Poor vaginal condition, unable to complete removal of the uterus (assessed by the researcher); 7. Patients with severe pelvic and abdominal adhesion, unsuitable for laparoscopic surgery; 8. Participating in other investigational drug or device clinical trials that have not been completed.
