Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. In accordance with the ''Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease'', the diagnosis of grade ? -? in stable phase; 2. According to polysomnography (PSG), it met the diagnostic criteria of severe OSAHS; 3. Aged between 30 and 70 years; 4. Informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Long-term bedridden patients with speech and communication disorders; 2. Patients with severe mental illness and cognitive impairment; 3. Severe cardiac, liver and renal insufficiency; 4. Patients with severe osteoarthropathy of lower limb and peripheral vascular disease who cannot receive rehabilitation training.
