Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Acute mild to moderate severe and severe (GCS 3-15) TBI patients admitted within 24 hours after injury. 2. Aged >= 18 years. 3. Clear clinical symptoms and signs.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Restless and unable to complete video collection for at least one minute. 2. Patients with involuntary breathing and cardiac arrest. 3. Serious injury of other major organs, leading to unstable vital signs. 4. After the operation, the head and face were deformed, and the facial covering could not be unwrapped to stop bleeding, so the intelligent technology could not observe.
