Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients admitted to the BICU within 24 hours of the burn.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients admitted to the hospital with BICU < 24h were transferred, discharged automatically or died; 2. Patients who have been confirmed to be infected with multidrug-resistant organism (MDRO) upon admission to BICU; 3. A history of long-term use of hormones or immunosuppressive drugs before injury, and a history of immunosuppressive diseases; 4. Patients with incomplete data due to failure to adhere to systematic treatment.
