60 Years to 80 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 60-80 years; 2. Sign informed consent; 3. The surgical method was VATS resection of lung lobe or lung segment; 4. Surgical resection (preoperative clinical stage I to IIIa); 5. Postoperative pathological diagnosis was NSCLC (8th TNM stage).
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Transfer to thoracotomy or intraoperative blood loss exceeding 1000ml; 2. Total lung resection or simultaneous bilateral lung surgery; 3. Transferred directly to the intensive care unit after the operation; 4. Receive any chemotherapy, immune or targeted treatment before surgery; 5. Refuse to participate in the study or drop out halfway.
