50 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged >=50 years; 2. Meet the aforementioned diagnostic criteria for SCD and MCI; 3. Normal audiovisual ability, no communication barriers; 4. Life in the city, no relocation plan in the coming year; 5. Voluntarily participate in this study and agree to accept regular review and follow-up.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe head injury or intracranial lesions, or suffering from other neurological diseases (such as Parkinson's disease, stroke, multiple sclerosis, etc.); 2. People with severe mental disorders; 3. The first round of follow-up was lost and key prediction information was lost.
